I love Mindfulness because of how it helped me get through a challenging time in my life (watch the video to find out how challenging !) and want to pass it on to as many people as possible.

This was the kind of thing that comes along once in a lifetime- the opportunity to get my message out there and become a TEDx speaker!

In my talk, called “There is nothing wrong in your life right now” I explain how, by using our mind’s ability to think about what it is thinking about, we can all find a little space and peace in our busy lives.

Learning a simple technique transform my life and helped me leave behind my worries about the past and concerns about the future.
